HARTFORD, CT- Western Mass Armor’s Aaron Flythe completes three touchdown passes on the way to a 30-0 win over the Hartford Colts at Dillon Stadium. The win gives the Armor a 2-1 record and a tie for second place in the Southern Division.
Western Mass’s offensive line controlled the game from the opening whistle. They provided scoring lanes for both backs Bobby Grimes and Jermayne Capedaville. Flythe adds to his league leading scoring effort as he found both Mike Roach (2TD’s) and Kayshawn Brantley for touchdown passes.
The defense limited the Colts to less than 75 yards of offense. Both Dominick Whitley and Derrick Hatwood picked off a Hartford pass on the day.
The Armor will host the Colts next weekend at the Robert’s Sports Complex Holyoke, Massachusetts.
