Attention all NEFL Players and Coaches: Combined Worksite Accident and Sick Pay Plus (short term disability) is here.
Combined Insurance is now actively enrolling all teams, coaches and players’ families in Combined Accident, Sick Pay Plus and life insurance.
There are 3 easy ways to enroll
1) Log on to the links below and self enroll
2) Face-to-face with Combined Insurance Agent Anne Lavoie at your scheduled team presentation
3) Telephonic (phone call outbound scheduled)
Anne Lavoie has opened up July to meet with all NEFL teams at their practice or playing fields to present to their teams the products being offered and to answer any questions face-to-face. She will be conduction enrollments with players at that time, scheduling telephonic enrollment calls and showing how to use the link for self-serve enrollment.
Please note that all life insurance will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Prices vary by state and coverage. Champion accident coverage stars at $13.04 a month.
